Culture Diversity in the UK
In the UK the early age schools have introduced different
ways to introduce culture diversity to the kids. They have done this by introducing all types
of arts, music and even dance. At times
they would even have a buffet with all different kinds of food from different
cultures. This helps the kids learn
about the food and the music that other cultures listen too. Do you think that this is a good idea?

The program sounds like a good idea. It gives the children the opportunity to take a "trip" around the world and experience other cultures. Also, the program makes the children more aware that there are other cultures out in the world that are different from their own, so maybe this awareness will lead to acceptance.

ReplyDeletedefinitely a good idea...learning new things is always healthy... a child learning about other cultures besides their own opens their mind up in terms of acceptance which can lead to less bullying and respect for others besides their 'own'...this idea should actually be 'incorporated' to adults as well...
